This range of the Ovens are built to the highest standards. They are fully-featured professional industrial curing ovens.
As standard, the Composite Curing Oven range offers a heavy-duty stainless steel interior, increased accuracies, quicker responding, and continuous operation at 200°C.
The panels of the oven are made using thermally isolated steel skins with a high-performance insulated core which is based on the ceramic fiber. This means that the thermal performance of the oven is highly efficient.
They feature our latest touchscreen control system which offers intuitive control designed for industrial ovens.
The composite ovens are specifically tailored for composite use, including curing or post-curing laminates, prepregs, thermoplastics, castings and moulds.

The oven is particularly suited for composites, including curing or post-curing laminates, prepregs, thermoplastics, castings, and moulds.
The precision-manufactured, sturdy design is engineered for demanding everyday production. Precision control makes the oven equally suited to laboratory or R&D use.
The oven delivers the highest standards of PID temperature control accuracy, utilising high-quality calibrated thermocouple temperature measurement coupled with effective fan-assisted airflow to minimise stratification.
Temperature, ramp, and soak are all fully programmable so recommended cure and post-cure cycles for different materials can be saved and run automatically for ultimate precision and consistency.

Touch Screen controller
Developed by UAVOS Inc., controller software provides the pre-programmed mode with 19 user-modifiable programs, a standard mode, and a user-intuitive interface controller.
The touchscreen controller allows users to intuitively create and run even the most complex ramp and dwell programs. The onscreen graphing overlays a live temperature trace of the internal temperature and the auxiliary sensor temperature onto the complete program profile.

Vacuum Valves
The unit includes two integral ports which can be supplied complete with optional gauge and valve assemblies for convenient connection of one or two separate vacuum lines into the oven.

The ovens are always transported securely fastened to a shipping pallet and may require a forklift or taillift to unload.
